What are your hours of operation?

We are open Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 5:00pm Central Time.

What are your payment methods and terms?

Payment terms are Net 30. Online purchases can be made with an SPC account. We accept Visa and Mastercard.

What if I don't see the item I am looking for on your website?

Feel free to contact SPC about an item that may not be listed. There is a good chance we can get the item or let you know where you can get it.

Is there a minimum order size?

There is no minimum order size, but there is a minimum order charge of $5.00 for any orders under $25.00.

Do you offer distributor/resale prices?

Resale prices are available upon request. Please contact SPC for the specific prices. You must provide your resale information to be given resale prices.

What does "guage" refer to?

"Guage" is the thickness of the plastic. A "mil" is a unit of thickness equal to one thousandth of an inch. To convert mil to inches take mil and divide by 1000. Thus, a 2 mil bag would be .002 inches thick.

What is LDPE?

Low Density Polyethylene.

What is COEX?

Coextruded (layered) Polyethylene.

What is Void Tape?

Tamper Evident tape that is used on single use security bags that shows distinctive signs of tampering when compromised.

What is Hot Melt?

Tamper resistant glue closure used on low security bags that provides a minimal self seal closure.

What does Tamper Evident mean?

High security. Closure will show signs of tampering if attempted to be opened by any means (temperature, chemicals, cutting) and is intended for single use.

What does Tamper Resistant mean?

Low security. Closure will not show signs of tampering but will resist tampering/opening in normal conditions.
